Good! Smart Reno did its job to contact the contractor who checked the job finalized the rates and terms. And also did the job with some hitches here and there.
Vijay , Brampton
The contractor was incredible. He was there everyday, worked full days and got the job done in a timely manner. He did a beautiful job and we are very pleased with all that he did. He took a very bad situation and made it beautiful, exactly what was wanted. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Brian.

Replace two corner gardens in the backyard with sod. Will require digging up the current soil and some disposal in order to level with current grass. Guessing about 75-100 sq feet maximum.
Retain walls in front yard , stones on side and in back yard , garden shed and a gazebo attached to house with roof
The backyard has been badly neglected and has poor drainage. It sits on a slight slope and is susceptible to flooding from the back ally. Currently, there is a large brick patio. There is a hill in the yard beside the garage that we would like a retaining wall added for a parking pad. A gravel path at the side of the house is also needed.
I have many of the materials needed (from removing newer - but poorly laid brick and retaining wall - from the front yard), so I would like to reuse as much as possible to save on cost. My budget is tight but I am able to do the demolition myself (such as removing the backyard fence and brick patio).
